Best fit for SaaS Basic once monthly AFM volume and translation demand justify structured workflow management.
- Multi-service coordination across AFM registration, translation certification, and deregistration creates manual overhead and risk of error.
- International clients expect transparent status updates and professional delivery timelines that fragmented processes cannot guarantee.
- Legal compliance requires auditable document trails and certified translations that ad-hoc email exchanges cannot reliably produce.
- Combined AFM + translation workflow management with per-client tracking and document version control.

- Client-facing status transparency with automated progress updates and deadline tracking.
- Compliance-ready document archive with full audit trail for regulatory requirements.
Why legal teams need specialized Greek authority workflow tools
Greek AFM registration and certified translation requirements have specific procedural chains that general-purpose legal tech doesn't cover. Ellytic provides the authority-specific workflow structure that legal professionals need.
Lazaros Sotiriou
Founder & CEO
I build digital pathways through Greek bureaucracy — for people who move, buy, inherit, hire, or run operations on the ground. Designed for clarity, speed and legal certainty. Ellytic exists because the system should finally work.
Claas Brüggemann
Co-Founder & Tech Lead
I build reliable digital architectures for platforms that must scale, stay secure and never break. With roots in Greece and a background in large-scale system engineering, payments and applied AI, I co-founded Ellytic to make bureaucracy disappear — fast, stable, and industry-leading in security.
What Ellytic is and is not
Ellytic provides technical, informational and administrative support. The platform does not replace authorities, banks, notaries or independent professional advice.
What Ellytic handles
- Administrative intake, document collection and case orchestration
- Certified translation and document-preparation workflows where booked
- Secure billing, case setup and dashboard-based status tracking
- Customer communication on missing inputs, next steps and completion status
What Ellytic does not decide
- Legal, tax, investment or insurance advice
- Final decisions by authorities, banks, notaries or other institutions
- Acting without required customer data, approvals or legally required authorisation
- Guarantees that a document, translation or procedure will be accepted by a third party
Power of attorney
- Used only where the selected service or the relevant institution requires it
- Scope is limited to the specific administrative action being performed
- You review and sign the document before any action is taken on your behalf
- Ellytic never acts beyond the authorisation explicitly granted in the signed document
Institutional decisions
- Authorities, banks, notaries and other institutions make the final acceptance and issuance decisions
- Ellytic prepares and submits documentation but cannot influence or guarantee outcomes
- Processing timelines depend on the institution and are outside Ellytic's control
- Requirements may change at institutional discretion — Ellytic communicates updates as they occur
One key document requirement — check before you buy
EU-issued documents (passport, birth certificate, etc.) are accepted as they are. Non-EU documents must carry an apostille — an international legalization stamp from the issuing country — before we can submit them to the Greek authorities. We tell you exactly which of your documents need one, but we cannot issue the apostille for you. If you hold non-EU documents, confirm this is feasible before purchasing.
